Guest of Anna: Reiki & Design Master Indira Cruz Helps Breathe New Life Into Our Everyday Spaces

Today, I hung out with my friend Indira the best way we can right now…through a virtual live on Instagram. We chatted about the best ways to cleanse our physical and mental spaces, how she practices reiki virtually, and even exposed what my spirit animal is!

Indira and I met a while back when I was helping her look for her first home! I helped find her the perfect spot that checked all the boxes. It was light, bright & airy and allowed her to turn her living area into a balanced work/life space. We became great friends through the process and I’m so inspired by everything she’s been doing to branch out and create a business that helps people tune in to their bodies & minds in a way that helps realize their full potential!

Stay at Home orders have most of us spending so much more time in our homes and I know for me at least, it’s been a challenge to declutter my spaces so that they are as efficient and welcoming as possible. Indira was definitely a big help to me and hope she will be to you too :) Check out the videos and maybe you’ll want to try reiki for yourself!

Indira is a reiki master,  interior architect, & founder of Interior Healing- an alternative wellness and design practice focused on healing the spaces in our minds, bodies, and physical environments.

Interior Healing as a business has two legs. The first leg solely stands on energy work where Indira works one on one with clients to intuitively clear their energy fields and awaken their soul desires. She helps people feel lighter by using reiki to reduce pain, anxiety, and stress. She has helped clients through grief, bereavement, stress management and finding clarity in their lives. Sessions can be conducted virtually. As a reiki master, she also offers trainings in Reiki 1, Reiki 2, and Reiki Mastership.

The second leg of Interior Healing is grounded in design. We all know the age old phrase "home is where the heart is" well  Indira believes home is actually where your soul lives. The spaces we choose to live/ grow in- should feel like the best parts of our souls that's why she is committed to helping clients redesign their spaces to create the energy they want to live in. She offers virtual consultations and design packages that range from complete redesigns, to  helping clients: relayout their spaces, updating the look and feel of their homes, and energetically clearing and organizing their spaces.

Indira has her masters from GW in Interior Architecture and has spent the past five years working at HapstakDemetriou designing restaurants in DC such as: Call Your Mother, District Winery, Little Pearl, Taco Bamba. She also most recently designed Lost City Books in Adams Morgan and Thrive Yoga in Bremerton Washington.
